Our Culture

Here at Frigate Financial, we are Real People serving real people.

We won’t be staging our Zoom-call backdrop, or pretend we don’t have the ability to communicate via text to clients who prefer that method. We won’t promise that our kids won’t run in on a day off from school, and we won’t dress up in layers of professional-wear (it’s Florida, it’s hot, and let’s be honest, it’s just not comfortable for anyone). We are authentically ourselves and take pride in our real-life approach to real-life service that is superior in the ways that matter most.

Which means if our local client needs an in-person consult, but can’t find a way to conveniently make that happen, we go to them—totally understanding and prepared if it’s right after a beach excursion and the kids are still in bathing suits dripping on the floor and sand is absolutely everywhere and the dishes lay dirty in the sink; life can be chaos. We will enthusiastically provide exceptional service in the midst of it all—and our client can feel comfortable knowing we’ve got a similar, if not the same, situation going on in ours...life is life, let’s keep it real, together.

Our “10 C’s Client Code” guide our services. But we are also dedicated to continuously evolving, to make our client experience the best there is. We always want to hear, directly, from inside and outside sources on how we can make our Code stand out in the sea of service to consumers.

We are a fully inclusive business that supports the unique needs of our team and clients. Though we fly our journeys together, we know the updrafts beneath your wings are solely yours. We provide an environment, relationship, and mindset that allows for comfortable open discussions needed to fully support and enhance each Frigate’s flight.

Our team is honest, direct, and authentic: to each other, and to our clients. We do not promise a result that we cannot provide, or one riddled with unexpected hidden costs or fees within the process. When a client provides their desired service product & result, we provide a fully transparent plan with all available options to achieve it—and a clear breakdown of those services with clear fixed-prices.

If we don’t know the answer to an inquiry, we say so, and let the inquirer know how we will find the answer, and when they can expect it.

We do not inflate prices to support a maximizing-profit-margin goal. If there’s ever a change to our pricing, we will be transparent about the reason for it and always provide ample notice for our clients to ask questions and compare with other options.

Positivity and fun can be found in every journey and activity. In our industry, it is common for businesses to avoid incorporating this value into their culture, because “finances are a serious business”. We politely disagree. At Frigate Financial, we keep things positive, and invite our frigates to join in the fun and exciting events we host or attend, throughout their journey with us.
